Well, maybe not forgotten, it's just different kids grasp things easier than others. <BR/><BR/>I see NO reason to do a structured pre-school at all. There will be time enough for structured school after kindergarten. Fractions in kindergarten, cursive in first grade, and it just goes on up. I even have friends who can't get together during the week because their toddlers' schedules are so full with preschool. I mean 1-year-olds! It seems that even a few years ago when we were in school, rigorous learning started in first grade and followed a more traditional timetable.
